Terms of Use

Note: These terms describe Mistri's actual functionality and subscription structure as implemented. They have not yet had a full legal review and should not be treated as final until they have.

Agreement

By creating an account and using Mistri, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

Mistri accounts are created only through Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google — there is no separate password-based signup. You're responsible for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure, since that's what protects access to Mistri.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information, records, and documents you add to Mistri. Mistri is a tool for organizing your own records — it does not verify vehicle history, maintenance recommendations, or document authenticity against any external source.

Mistri Premium — subscriptions

Mistri offers an optional Premium subscription with two plans:

Weekly$2.99 / week, no free trial

Monthly$8.99 / month, 3-day free trial

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Mistri to store or transmit content that's unlawful, or attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation or other users' accounts.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account & Security in the app. This permanently removes your profile and associated vehicle data, records, and documents.

No warranty

Mistri is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not responsible for decisions made based on information you've stored in the app.

If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
